Payment Policy

Earth’s Natural Treasures currently accepts Visa, Master Card and PayPal E-Checks. You do not have to have an account to purchase through PayPal. Payment is due at the time you place your order with us. Any items paid for by check will be shipped once the check has cleared your account. This typically takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policies

Great efforts are made to ensure your order ships in a timely and efficient manner. In-stock items usually ship in less than 3 business days. All attempts are made to ensure our inventory always remains in stock. From time to time, out of stock items may be placed on back order. We sincerely apologize for any delay this may create.

Rock Shipping

All rock shipping costs will be calculated on weight and will vary. Due to this fact, any promotional shipping offers will not apply to orders for rocks or rock products.

Our Return Policy

Returns are limited to new, unopened items in their original packaging. Items must be free from damage, dirt, smells etc. All returns must be made within the first 30 days from date the items are received.

Once we have received your order, please allow for 7-14 business days for credit to your original method of payment. Credit will be issued, minus the shipping and handling fees. If your order was placed using a free shipping promotion, the shipping rate for your order will be assessed and deducted from your credit amount.

We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to us. Please opt to use a tracking or insurance method with your shipping carrier. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not accept COD returns. If you return merchandise that is used, opened or not in original condition, all items will be returned to sender with fees due at the time of delivery.

Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number. Packages will not be accepted without a RAN.

Damaged Orders

Unfortunately, from time to time, items may be damaged during the shipping process. If you should receive your order damaged please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging and shipping materials. For claims on damaged merchandise, we must be contacted within 7 days from the receipt of your items.


At this time, Earth’s Natural Treasures is not accepting exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please place an order for the products you desire as usual. Then initiate a return for items you wish to return. Please ensure the eligibility of your returned items.
